Cancellations
All online bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please be certain before making a booking that you have selected the correct tour, date & number of people. Tours may be cancelled by McComb‘s Travel on the very rare occasion that minimum numbers are not reached. If this occurs you will be offered the option of either a full refund or tour or date transfer.
Departure Times
All advertised times are departure times. We strongly recommend that you arrive at the correct meeting point a minimum of 15 minutes before departure. If you fail to arrive by the departure time your ticket will not be refunded and a date transfer will not be possible.
Right to refuse
We reserve all rights to refuse entry to our vehicles on the grounds of aggressive/abusive/anti-social behaviour, for the comfort and safety of other passengers and employees.
