Customer Care Excellence Award!
After another year of hard work, we have been recognised again for our Excellence in Customer Care!
The Federation of Passenger Transport for Northern Ireland Awards took place this Saturday at the beautiful Galgorm Resort & Spa, and it was a who's who of the coach travel industry in Northern Ireland.
This is now the 6th time we have won this award, and what better award to show our dedication to Customer Service! Pictured above is our placement student form Ulster University, Shauna, who is at the forefront of providing excellent service to all of our tour customers.
We continue to focus on customer experience, and with our new tours and new coaches, we hope to keep all of our loyal customers happy for many more years to come! In the words of the judge of the awards "For McComb's, excellent customer service is a Mantra!"
